At Dot + Lu Boutique Homewares we want to make your online shopping experience as pleasant as possible, we also want to make sure that you are satisfied with your purchase. So if for any reason an item is not what you expected, the wrong colour or size it can be returned for an exchange, credit note or refund. 

Please note that an item will only be accepted for exchange, credit note or refund under the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, unworn and in brand new condition.
  • A copy of a valid receipt is included with the return
  • The item is returned within 14 days of the original receipt
  • Please note that all conditions must be strictly adhered to in regards to returns and exchanges otherwise they will not be accepted under any conditions if you fail to meet these requirements.
  • Any credit notes issued will be valid for 12 months.

Returns will be approved at Dot+Lu Boutique Homewares discretion.

If you wish to make an exchange the extra shipping charges will be at your own cost.

Please note no refund on change of mind only store credit.

Faulty Items and Damages

All items will be thoroughly checked and packed safely for dispatch. Dot + Lu Boutique will no longer be responsible for goods once shipped. If you expect delays or your item is damaged upon arrival please contact Australia Post.

Incorrect delivery address/undeliverable parcel

If an incorrect delivery address is provided or a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, an extra postage charge will apply to send it again.
